Elizabeth Evans RT(R), MBA Elizabeth Evans is the service line X-ray Senior Modality Manager for AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida. She is responsible for clinical performance initiatives, meeting and maintaining regulatory requirements and oversight of equipment purchases for the Central Florida regions. She is a radiologic technologist graduate of AdventHealth University and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Elizabeth also teaches a Bachelor’s level Radiology Leadership course, which she developed for AdventHealth University. |

Chirag R. Parghi, MD
As the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Chirag Parghi leads the clinical operations division with an emphasis on elevating Solis Mammography’s industry-leading clinical quality. And he oversees the development of care coordination programs and the advancement of the company’s long-term innovation and research agenda. As a practicing breast specialized radiologist, he also serves as the primary liaison to Solis’ team of premiere physicians and clinical partners across the country. Prior to his role as Chief Medical Officer, he served the company as the interim Chief Medical Officer, overseeing the integration of recent innovation technologies into Solis’ existing early cancer detection platform. His initial role with the company was as the Director of Breast Imaging for multiple Solis Mammography locations in the Houston region. Dr. Parghi holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.D. degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at George Washington University and received his fellowship training in breast imaging from Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Additionally, he completed an MBA at the University of Houston. As a vocal advocate for early screening programs, Dr. Parghi regularly speaks to community and media outlets about women’s health issues. Though his clinical interests are focused on early breast cancer detection, he also currently serves as an op-ed fellow for Doximity, an online physician community, where he discusses situational healthcare challenges through the lens of a clinician. |

Ben Wandtke, MD, MS
Dr. Wandtke is a general diagnostic radiologist with over a decade of leadership experience in the community hospital setting. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency and MRI Fellowship at the University of Rochester. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Medical Management at the Simon Business School, Rochester, NY. He serves as Vice Chair for Quality and Safety in the University of Rochester Medical Center Imaging Department. In 2015, Dr. Wandtke developed the Backstop program, one of the first radiology recommendation tracking systems in the nation designed to reduce delayed diagnosis of malignancy. He is active in healthcare leadership, having served on the boards of two health systems and serving as president of the medial staff. Nationally, he works with the 新澳门六合彩官网 on their Commissions on Informatics and Quality/Safety as well as within their Data Science Institute. Dr. Wandtke is the physician leader for the 新澳门六合彩官网’s Learning Network, Recommendations Follow-up Collaborative, which aligns multiple organizations nationally working to reduce delays in lung cancer diagnosis. |
