"Fall in the Napa Valley" Pastel
After the last grapes are fully grown, fall is the time for color and beauty in the Valley. In November, when I took a photo for this painting, the Valley was covered in red and yellow foliage.

The little Christmas tree brings some cheer to the wintery scene.

An old Cape bu铿�alo, past his prime and ostracized from the herd. The writer and African big-game hunter Robert Ruark once said, "He looked at me as if I owed him money."¹ But I believe he’s thinking, "How the heck can they forget the contributions I once made to our clan?"
