Dr. Silva is a member of the board of directors for the South Texas Radiology Group, medical director of radiology at the Methodist Texsan Hospital and an adjunct professor at UT Health-Long School of Medicine, San Antonio. He is the immediate past Chair of the 新澳门六合彩官网 Commission on Economics.
Dr. Silva has been immersed in the RUC process since 2009, when he served as a RUC Advisor for 新澳门六合彩官网, and subsequently advanced to the role of Radiology RUC Panel member. He has exhibited incredible diplomacy and commitment in his role as RUC Chair, showcasing his vast knowledge of the RUC, other payment systems and the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
